Yes there is always been delays from Nilshikha's (Dakhineswar) end in delivering the cylinders on time. Now a days it takes around min 30-45 days to get cylinder from the day of booking. Yes I also agree that they are not at all customer friendly and hardly helps out the suffered customers.
The scenario is totally reverse with South Kolkata Indane distributers where they even deliver the cylinders before the scheduled date.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly take care of this issue asap and get us some relief from this tension every month.
