Non Supply of gas cylinder even after 27 days of booking

I am a consumer of indane (Golden gas gurgaon palam vihar) bearing consumer no Gdt 1169T. I have booked the gas cylinder for delivery at home on 23/4 vide booking no 11504 but it has not been supplied till today i.e 20/5 even after a lapse of 28 days. please take appropriate action.
