Delivery of underweight cylinde

Dear Sir / Madam, Date – 09/02

I had booked a LPG GAS cylinder (20-01) with M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (INDANE GAS). My consumer number is (69650). The same was delivered to me on 3rd of Feb. The Cylinder supplied underwight by 4-5 kg then I returned to supplier on the same time.

For your information, this is not the first instance. In spite of my repeated requests from 4th of Feb. on your complaint cell numbers-(9990564587), (0120-2897697), (0120-2897698) to check and supply full weight cylinder………….STILL WAITING
