Not registered my booking

Sir,

I was booked a Indane gas cylinder on 11/09/10, at 13;26;48 online (Phone no. 01125611031). I was told 22nd is your number. After passing 15 days i was waitting for delivery. When it has not delivered after passing 20 days, I was started trying to know the position of my booking. I made call for many days after several days attempt today (8/10/10) I got connected where i came to know there were no booking mentioned.

I would like to know who committed the fault and who is responsible of this mischieve activity.
