Gas leakage

i am rajesh kumar srivastava, resident -128/121. H -block kidwai nagar, kanpur, up

gas connection with indane company, agency name-BAJRANGI INDANE GAS SERVICE 179/Y-1PASHUPATI NAGAR, YASHODA NAGAR KANPUR-21 GAS CONNECTION NO B-5093 ON gas delivery time... gas was being leaked.we immediately asked the delivery man to replace the gas cylinder

but he didnt replace the cylinder.we lodged complaint with the gas agency over phone and personally

but they unheeded..after several reminders the cylinder was sent for replacement after 5 days..the delivery boy was demanding rs.120.after taking rs.50..he replaced the cylinder.

on coupon delivery date is 12-05 but actual delivery date is 21-05
