After knowing that a person resident in Chandigarh book their gas via net, i got registration and booked a refill for gas agency name Jai gas sector 40, my connection number is 24702 and gas booking number generated by the net which bis also called confirmation no. is. R1107011071239 dated 1, June but up till June 6 i did not recd gas, when i inquire the matter from Jai gas they told that there is no such facility is available for booking of gas via net.he told me that i need to book only via iv r, If there is no system why the net booking is opened, this is only harassing the consumer.so look in to matter and arrange to hounour net booking.
