Inordinate delay in supplying gas cylinde

I have booked gas cylinder on 05/02. Today is 02/03. They have not supplied the gas cylinder. They have provided two telephone nos 2570698/9864796061 . No response in these nos.. Earlier alsothey took more than a month to supply gas. This is deficiency of service which is causing lot od distree.
