Sir/Madam,
I am a customer for domestic LPG of Indane at Jalpaiguri town. The company provides a facility to book our refill over telephone. But they never pick up the phone. As I went to ask the reason they told me that this is there common practice and no one can change it. So please take necessary action against these type of inconvenience.
