Late delivery of gas

Respected Sir,

I live in patna (Bihar), i have taken connection of your franchise SUBH CHANDANI GAS AGENCY, B.M DAS ROAD, patna- 800004.His service is very bad, he books gas after 15 days of last delivery, and after that he tkes 20 to 25 days more time for the delivery of the gas. His venders and other staffs selling gas in the open market to hotels and retaurants, The agency is do nothing on complaints. His argument is shortage of gas and less supply from the company.

But the service of other agencies of the city is good. Sir, I hope u understand our problem, and take some strict action against this agency.
