Booking is getting cancelled after generating cash memo

Dear Sir

My consumer No. in Indane gas Nagashetty halli is 30644

I had booked on 28.06.2011 and the booking no. was 216201

and they cancelled it without any reason

I had again booked on 01.07.2011 and the booking no. is 217583

and they have now again cancelled it without any reason.

No one in the agency is giving a proper reply

I tried on line complaint registering 18002333555 toll free no.

No one is taking the complaint. They adviced to go back to agency.

What should I do next??
