Transaction failed but amount deducted from account

Hi,

I had done a booking for an AIR India flight using net banking through IndiaIdeas.com. However before the ticket could be generated the network failed.

As a result the amount has been deducted from my bank account but no ticket has been booked. PFB the details of my transaction:

Payment Id: 199287757

Date of transaction : 7 Jan.

Amount : 3550.0 /-

Kindly provide me an update on when will the amount be transaferred back to my account.
