This is something really serious. Sarvatra Gas Agency (Brahma Nagar, Kanpur) is creating a nuisance to the customers by delaying the delivery of cylinders. A cylinder is never booked before 21 days and delivery is furthermore delayed to 15 to 20 days or even more. These cylinders are openly available in black market. Every person suffer this problem. This gas agency service is very bad.
