Not issuing transfer connection

Dear sir,

i want to transferred the gas connection from sagar to bilaspur . but here agency people (VERTIKA GAS AGENCY NEAR JARHABHATA) were denighing to provide us any conection.

while we want to take our existing connection . i have provide them noc from privious agency but still not getting propper respose from them.

could you pls inform me that exactle how much time it will take to transfer ant connection from one city to another city.
