Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder

This is for you kind information that we are resident of House no, 45, Amitnagar, Nandanvan Colony, Aurangabad, Maharashtra and user of Indian gas. In our Area Prayag indane services (Indian Gas Distributor, 6 Shreenath Complex, Nr. BSNL office, Dagah Road, Auangabad, MS) is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

booking date is 24.03.2010.
but regret to inform that several times I have informed them, till yesterday (23.4.2010) we have not received.
Every time they are doing the same thing giving late delivery after 15 – 20 days.
We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.
