Not Received a booking Cylinde

I have booked one Indian Gas Cylinder on 3rd August through my Mobile. And they confirm my booking through SMS that My Refil Booking No. 216910, & Cash Memo No. 1053, and Delivery Date is 5th August, but till now on 16th August i have not got any delivery of Gas Cylinder.
