Cheating Customers without resetting the pump

I am writing this mail with respect to cheating customers (Which I faced) at Indian Oil Petrol Pump Dealer #Adithya Fuel Station, Mysore-20 (TIN:29590239811).

The pump attender didn't reset the pump to Zero before filling to my vehicle, but started filling without informing me, when i asked for it the attenders didn't respond nor bothered & they pushed me from that place. When I asked for the station Manager they pointed one useless guy who doest even speak english. I was forced to pay the amount & I am not sure whether they have filled the correct quantity.

For an organization like IOCL which is celebrating its Golden Jubilee Year its really a disgrace to have dealers employing staff indulging in malpractice. Vigilance officers of the IOCL should make surprise checks to book the culprits (Staff).

IOCL &--gt; RIGHT FUEL FOR YOUR RIGHT is really waste
