Delay in supply of gas cylinde

Sir,

I am a customer of indian oil company, having a gas connection with M/s. Divyansh Indane Shop no. 1 Dhenu Centre, 21, B.C. Dhenu Market, Indore in my name Manisha Batheja serial no 10805, This supplier sends gas cylinder very late, last month I have booked my gas cylinder on 1st April till today on 3rd may I have not received my gas cylinder, after so many call they always tell today you will get cylinder, kindly help me in urgent supply of gas cylinder.
