Gas cylinder not supplied in time

I have booked a indane gas refill cylinder on 23-11.(after 21 days of the receipt of the gas cylinder). The cylinder is yet to be supplied. My consumer no is 39618. My gas agency name is Shoba Gas service, 15/9 New tank street, Nungambakkam, Chennai-34.(PH.NO.044-28270968, 28250567). Totally the agency takes more than 45 days to supply the cylinder from the date of supply of first cylinder.
