Telephones -No Public Relation -Arrogant Behaviour of staffs -No proper response -Harassment and Consumers are put into a lot of hardships and mental agony -Request action
My Consumer No. is 6938.After failing through telephones for five days, I went personally to the Agency on 05 Dec to book a refill. Till todaythe supply is not delivered. No proper response from the Agency.
We understand that the Agency is colluding with the officials of the oil company for arrogant misbehavior with
the consumers and misusing the refills for their personal gain.
