Delay in getting the refilled cylinde

Respected Sir,

I am consumer with Vir Gas Agencies West Mambalam Chennai. My consumer No is 43920

I booked for the refilling of cylinder on 11th December wide booking No 2126. Normally other Agencies use to supply the

refilled cylinders within 10 days from the date of booking. Only this particular agency is taking lot of days to deliver,

When I approched them, they are saying it will take atleast 20 days to get the supply.

This happends every time.

Even last month also I made the same complaint wide my complaint no 40091 dated 20th Sep 2010

Everytime the same delay is taking place.

I request you to look into, and advice the Dealer to delever atleast within 12 days from the

date of booking
