Customer No. VE/14330, I am customer in Venkatewwara Enterprises, Sivakasi (code 132992). I have booked for Gas cylinder on 21.2.11 by phone. But Office staffs booking only 7.3.11. Now two Gas cylinder is empty. Due to their improper supply, improper accounts, I am suffering very much. Hence do the needful for delivering Gas in stipulated time. Whenever they asking, Load is not coming. So, take necessary action.
