Gas connection delayed

I had applied for new gas connection on 28/3.my booking no is 111073070006456 but i did not get new connection till today.sukhdev vihar gas service provider ont give good response.on 26/8 i have deposited amount RS 250 for hot plate inspection.the time for inspection is withen 7 days but not today gas provider did not send boy to inspect .pls redd my grievance as soon as possible
