I BEG TO STATE THAT ONE CYLINDER WAS DELIVERED
TO ME FROM ABOVE SAID GAS AGENCY ON 03/11/11
WITH OUT ANY RECEIPT OR SLIP AND THE GAS
DELIVERED MAN PUT THE GAS ON THE KITCHEN
AND ASKED MONEY FORCEFULLY WHEN ASKED HIM
ABOUT THE RECEIPT HE SAID THAT NO RECEIPT WAS
ISSUED BY THE SHOP.ON 08/12 IT WAS CONNECTED
WITH THE OVEN AND ON 10/12 I SAW THAT THERE
IS NO GAS IN THE CYLINDER ALL IS END.I LOGGED
ONE COMPLAIN TO THE SHOP BUT THEY REFUSED TO
UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEMS AND SAID THAT NOTHING
WILL BE POSSIBLE BY THEM.IN THIS HELPLESS
CONDITION I LOGGED ONE FEEDBACK COMPLAIN TO
YOUR SITE ON 20/01. BUT SIR TILL DATE NO
ACTION YET BEEN TAKEN FROM YOUR END.I AM NOW
TOTALLY HELPLESS PLEASE HELP ME TO RETURN
MY CYLINDER BACK TO ME AS U KNOW THE MARKET
COST IS SO HIGH TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE.
I KNOW THE IOCL THE BEST CUSTOMERS SERVICE
COMPANY AND I AM THE CUSTOMER OF LAST 16 YEARS
AND IT IS THE 1ST PROBLEM FOR ME.
