Delay in supply

Dear Sir,

My lpg gas agency name akp gas service, and i booked my gas on 09/04, but i don't get my gas till today.

i inform you about this in my consumer office, but they told me that you'll get your booking after 5 days of gas booked.

So, can you please tell me why i'l get my gas so late.

After this if you want gas out of agency it is openly available in black on 650 rs. why???
