Ude behaviour and non regularity in providing gas

Hello

i pramod yadav residing in greater noida (india) is facing problems regarding gas supply and rude behaviour with the consumers. they simply do whatever they feel like . they are not providing any kind of support or help instead they are talk very rudely. every tim we go for booking te cylinder they give us the long time date & theisr simple reply is that we don't have gas ..." like all this we are students here, it is not the story of our only there thousands of engineering students here and every one of them facing this very common problem. problem is of monopoly only single gas agency has been provided to meet the demands of thousands of families as well as the students . so please end this monopoly and provide better services here . hopping for some action from your side, once again please do something its now a every day regular problem m. thanking you
