AC not working

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am travelling from Firozabad to New Delhi from Gomti Express 2419.

Date: 27 Aug

The AC in coach "C2" is not working and when asked the authority, passengers are not answered and replied in a rude manner.

This is not the first time I m facing the problem. IT is a regular problem with the train.

I request you to please take action and keep check.
