TDR refund

Sir,

i have lodged a TDR against a ticket for lucknow having PNR No - 2524185707 on 13.07.2009 by reference No- ekt200907130613299 but after 2 years of long time on 02.07.2011 i came to know that my TDR has been regretted giving the following reason -

Remarks: 436-NR/76 Ticket was not surrendered within prescribed time after the departure of the train. The case is repudiated.

can you help me in this regard.
