Sir i had booked a e-ticket on 22 aug for lko to new delhi. But, due to some reason i had not travelled. Railway authorities adviced to file TDR within 48 hour on the phone conversation, with in 24 hour i had filed T D R. But till the date of today i have not recieved my money. Ticket detail are as follow&
