I had booked e ticket bearing PNR No.8246911362 for the journey from Nasik Road to Nagpur for the date 04.11.2010 & status of the reservation was wait listed 14 & 15. Before a day of the journey, it was not confirmed but it was just came down to W/L 12 & 13. In the peak season, it was not possible to confirm the same. So, I have tried to cancel eticket online. But, due to some technical problem occured during the cancellation process, I could not cancel it. Then I have cancelled it by offline on 03.11.2010.

On the return of the journey from Nagpur, it is come to know that the proceeds of the cancelled ticket was not credited into my account with Bank of India, Junnar Branch. On the inquiry over the telephone to IRCTC, New Delhi, it is know to know that the said ticket was confirmed on the journey date i.e. on 04.11.2010. However, I have not performed the journey as it has already been cancelled by me offiline. They have suggested me to file TDR to get refund. On 18.11. I have filed TDR. As per rule of the Railway, it is to be refunded within 90 days. Till date, I could not get it.

My humble request to Railway Authority to process the same as early as possible.
