I would like to inform u abt careless of Railway Employee in Kosli (Rewari) Haryana. They don't have knowledge about computer operating due to this coustomer facing problem -like: waiting increasing or nonavailability of seats. But they don't care abt that they should have good communication skill but they don't have talking manners. if any person complaint in complaint book then they react ruadly with him. So please i would like to request you that action regarding the same for better Customer satisfaction.
