Horrible experience

This complaint is to bring to your notice the pathetic condition of Indian Railways & the service it provides to its nation.

I recently travelled from Delhi to Trivandrum on Train no : 2432. These are the problems i faced

1. Coach i travelled in was of old make probably 97. Atleast the berths should have been cleaned beforehand. In fact i boarded the train from source (Nizamuddin). SO this is bare min expectation. Neat & clean train.

2. The coach was infested with rats. On bringing this to the notice of coach attendents they replied " This is quite normal on Indian trains." Well this mentality needs to be changed

3. The breadsticks that came along with soup were stale. Food quality was poor. Soup wasnt served hot.

4. The attitude of staff was just rotten. They were not willing to help. I tried to find out the reason for thier lack of responsibility & on probing them further i found out they havent been paid salary for the last 2 months. If its true then how can Indian Railways expect their staff to service us better when they arent even taking care of thier employees???

Rajdhani ticket cost me Rs 3100. I did not get value for the money i paid. In future, I will definetly think twice before embarking on a long journey by Indian Railways.
