Rude behaviour of Ticket Collecto

My wife traveled in train no. 7204 from Kakinada to Vikarabad on 09.12.2010. She is having reservation/ticket upto Secunderabad only. She travelled in S5 compartment. She asked the TC at Kakinada for issue of differecntial ticket upto Vikarabad which is 1 hour journey only from Secunderabad. He advised her to take the ticket at Secunderabad as TC will be change there. When she asked the TC at Secunderabad for issue of differential fare ticket, he behaved rudely and aksed her to pay Rs.400/- for 70KM distance. And he also talked some nonsense. This type of behaviour of railway staff towards the ladies travelling lonely is very bad in railways.
