E-reservation handicapped

Helo friends,

I am Rt side paralytic and face a tough situation standing in line for taking reservation. How torturous it is that I can do reservation for all those who can stand in a Que but me who is handicapped with hand and leg have to stand for hours in line. I feel Mamta didi should feel for it.
