Indian railways is misleading people by running its website www.Irctc.Co. In claiming that people can make online reservations. It is one of the slowest websites in the whole world and moving from one page to another is excruciatingly painful.

If the indian railways feels tickets are being over booked using this medium leaving hardly anything for people who walk upto their reservation counter, then they should say so and shut this website down.

However if they run the website then it should run.

Their is absolutely no accountability and this complete indifference in providing for what has been committed is absolutely disgraceful.

Hope someone from railways including mamata bannerjee realize the mess they have created!
