Refund of wait list ticketof PNR No. 2401644142 on 26.12.2009

I had booked E-Ticket bearing PNR No. 2401644142 on 25.12.2009., which could not get cleared and was waitlisted/RAC till the preperation of the chart on 26.12.2009 . I had been trying to cancel the same since 7.30 P.M, 26.12.09 and getting the repeated massage that " e-ticket can not be cancelled after preparation of chart". The same was requested through E-mail on December 26 7:59:08 PM to cancel the same and refund me the balance amount as the ticket could not be confirmed.

TDR Was also filed on the same day for refund of the above mentioned Ticket.

I have already given them 148 Reminders till date, but no result and it is already 1 Year and 4 month (16 Months) & 09 days since the TDR was filed for Refund of the waitlisted ticket of PNR No. 2401644142 on 26.12.2009. but I have not received the refund.

I have requested many times through E-mail, but yielded no result. I request you once again Kindly refund the balance amount immediately.
