NON REFUND OF TDR FILED ON 30.09.2011

I had booked a ticket on 28.09.2011 for the travelling from Katihar to Anand Vihar on 29.09.2011 by train no.- 12505 (PNR - 6501747267) through IRCTC website and paid the sum through my credit card. Unfortunately the train was more than 12 hrs. late. The passenger did not travel by ticket and file the TDR on 30.09.2011 within the time limit, but till date we had received 50% of the ticket amount, i.e. Rs. 727/- against the ticket amount of Rs. 1, 455/-. I had sent emails to all the related authorities but all the complaints are in vein. There is no response till date. Hence you are requested to please look into the matter and help me to get the refund of balance 50% amount as early as possible.
