A thing of worry by Bharat Gas Supply
The bill amount of the gas cylinder door delivery is Rs.399& some paise. The cylinder carriers demand Rs, 417.00 on delivery at home. Everytime they deliver the gas cylinder at home they pick quarrel with customer. And they even take the cylinder back. It has become an issue of great worry for the family everytime gas cylinder is supplied.
The booking office also very much delays the supply of cylinder. Some times they say the supply of cylinder to be done in 7 days and sometimes they say 10 days and some other times they say 15 days. But the cylinder is not supplied on the date specified after the said time interval.
The office people also say that, on inquiry, we must pay the amount demanded at the time of delivery over and above the bill amount.
i request your kindness to take immediate steps and make that the cylinder is supplied in specified and fixed time interval at the fixed cost and avoid malpractice so that the family ladies are free of worry because of the
bharath gas supply.
