Failure to descipline the gas agency

I am an Indane Consumer attached to the distributor M/s Anand Gas Agencies, South Janatha Road, Palarivattom, Kochi-25 .

It had been pretty impossible to order a refill with this distributor because no body attends to the telephone calls. A few months back IOC changed the booking system and we were given a new number D0105569 for booking through cell-phone and computer. It was OK and working for a few months without complaints and the quality of delivery had improved.

We booked for a refill on 06-09 and should have got the refill within two or three days. But it never came and it took more than seven days of continuous effort to get a response to the tele-call. my call, Yesterday I got the phone through and was informed that IOC had changed the numbering scheme and now our number is 36234 and we were supposed to re-book.

We re now promised gas within a couple of days.

It was the failure of IOC to inform us or failure of Anand we do not know. Anyway the erring distributor continue with his pooer service,
