E-light is not burning

I have purchased a Whirl pool refrigerator fusion premier 200 ltr (colour carbon gar on 09 Apr. The same was installed on 24 Apr. The engineer who has installed the refrigerator informed that the e-light will be burn only after two hours. However, the same has not been functioning. The matter has been intimated to the customer care immeidately. The service engineer visited my residence on several times. Till date the same has not been rectified.
