I want to reserve 3 tickets from Gondia to Pune with my makemytrip login ID. I have already registered with ircte long back but forget the user id and password. But every time I try to reserve tickets this is failed, showing that User already exists and is deactive/suspended/blacklisted. I failed to understand what the matter is. Please send me my email.
