Non installation of new PNG connection

With reference no. IP00012638, I had requested IGL for PNG connection on 4-Nov-10.

Thereafter, I had submitted application for registration & supply at IGL, R K Puram office. The details of application are as follows:

Inspite of several reminders, I am still awaiting for action for new PNG connection. Request to expedite and provide update on the same.
