The Indus Packers and Movers have two offices, One in Chennai and another in Mumbai. Please note that i have booked door to door delivery of my household material for a container for Rs.27000/-. I was promised the same truck will deliver the material to Ahmedabad (destination). They took all money in advance. When material reached Ahmedabad, it was found stuffed with some other material in different truck. TV trolly, center table, almira, side table completely broken. All boxes found open. three boxes went missing. several items from boxes were missing. TV, Firdge, AC, Bed Table badly damaged. No one was there to unload the material. I had to pay the money to unload. Mr. Chandra shekhar and Rajesh stopped picking up the calls. Registerd the claim with insurance company, surveyor informed me that this is the basic type of policy for Rs 495 (Transporter charged me 1500/- for insurance) which does not cover the risk of mis handling. No one is there to answer from transporter. This is a cheat company. They are also pretending to change the name to Indus Transport Corporation. Horrible experince of my life. Be careful and never deal with this packer & movers / Transporte
