My Consumer No is 15909. I have booked the gas on 21 jan'09. Till date i haven't recd the delivery. I have been trying to get in touch with someone at 0129 - 2272656, inspite of so many trials, each time the no. is busy. In case, if the call goes through then no one bothers to answer the call. A wise suggestion, if you can't handle customers, pls "Shut down" the agency.
