Delay of domestic gas

Dear Sir

My gas consumer No. 38288561. we booked a gas 15 days back in Banjara Gas Service (INDIAN DISTRIBURIONS), shop No.2, My home Mont View Apt., Navodaya Colony Hyderabad-73, code 7508583 Area: 987. They said after 8 days you will get the gas, till to date i will not get any cylinder, I went there for three times, they said your door locked. Please look into this issue
