Delay in supply of refill gas

Sir,

The second cylinder booking is taken up strictly after 25 days from the date of receipt of previous cylinder for our domestic LPG users. On booking the cylinder is supplied after 15-20 days.

We usually consume one cylinder in 30-35 days duration. But this booking after 25 days and delay in supply after 20 days takes a period of 45 days in between. I hope the second cylinder option is to meet our continuous LPG requirement. But we are in a pathetic position to beg about for cylinders in this gap of 10-15 days period. This greivance must be kindly taken into consideration and bring relief to we home makers not able to avail a provision of second refill gas cylinder intended for it.
