SIR,
I AM AGENT OF IRCTC .MY COMPLAIN IS THAT WHY IRCTC IS NOT UPGRADING THEIR SERVER, IF IT CAN'T HANDLE THE TRAFFIC.WE GET DAILY ONE MASSAGE " SERVICE UNAVAILABLE" IN THE MORNING DURING THE TATKAL BOOKING.EVEN THE PAYMENT GETS DEDUCTED FROM OUR ACCOUNT, AFTER THAT WE GET THESE MASSAGE.PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED FROM BANK.AND WE GET AMOUNT BACK AFTER 2DAYS.
I THINK THE OFFICIALS ARE DOING THESE KNOWINGLY, JUST TO HELP UNAUTHORIZED AGENTS AND HARASS THE GENERAL PUBLIC.AND WHY IRCTC IS APPOINTING DAILY NEW AGENTS TROUGH DONE CARD.ITZCASH.AND SUVIDHA SERVICES AND OTHER, WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE ABILITY TO CATER THE EXISTING AGENTS AND GENERAL PUBLIC.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THESE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL, OTHERWISE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL HAVE TO SUFFER.
