Twice payment for online booking

I have booked railway e ticket by making online payment from New Delhi to New Bongai Gaon on 25.10.10. Later on after checking my account i have come to know that my account has been debited twice by payment no. 029780508850 amounting to Rs. 1665 resulting in an amount of Rs. 3330/- has been debited against Rs. 1665/- . My SBI ambala City main Branch account no. is 11451931445 . So you are requested to kindly look into the matter to enable me to get refund of excess amount debited in my account. I shall be very thankful to you.
