LOSS OF MONEY

I have booked a ticket on 08-09-10 from vijayawada to secunderabad (NS HYDERABAD EXP) through IRCTC .After completion of process an amount of 168/- has been deducted from my account but i didn't get the ticket .so what i have to do to get money back to my Andhra Bank account, because if server problem occurs na what we can do
