Ooking failed but amount debited

On 01.08. i tried to book a ticket from Mumbai to Patna through my user id 'dcdcdeepak' but ticket is not booked due to session expire during transaction proceed. i tried three times and result occur same but Amount of Rs. 479/- is debited three times from my axisbank account. In my user id only one transaction refund due to booked failed is shown by transaction id 0372312707. My two another transaction of Rs 479/- are not shown. what can i do for refund?
