Tatkal quota

My complaint is regarding Tatkal quota for train No. 2943 (Udyogkarmi Express. I was planning to book tatkal ticket from Bhopal to Kanpur on 25 may as train schedule was on 27/5. On 24 when checked the status, I was surprised to that only 4 seat were left at 5.00 pm.

When I logged in IRCTC to book my ticket, site showed to check the date of booking.

How it is possible? I have saved the webpage for future reference which showing the date, time, server name... etc.

If needed I can send the saved page also.
